Drink lemon juice in lukewarm water during the day. You can sweeten it with stevia if you need to.

You can eat cooked vegetables like spinach, carrots, pumpkin and turnips for lunch and dinner. However, you cannot eat potatoes.

Tuesday

For breakfast and a snack

  • Consume tea with lemon and sweeten with stevia
  • An orange or grapefruit can be consumed at mid-morning or afternoon.

At lunch

  • Two glasses of lemon juice in lukewarm water
  • Carrot salad
  • Watercress and tomatoes
  • A slice of pineapple

At dinner

  • Two glasses of lemon juice in lukewarm water
  • Brown rice with a hard-boiled egg
  • A pear

Wednesday

  • Tea with lemon

For mid-morning and afternoon

  • A grapefruit or orange

At lunch

  • Two glasses of lemon juice in lukewarm water
  • Grilled chicken breast
  • Sliced tomato with a little salt and olive oil
  • One apple

At dinner

  • Two glasses of lemon juice in lukewarm water
  • One serving of pumpkin purée
  • Tomato and lettuce salad
  • Ten strawberries

Thursday

  • Tea with lemon

For mid-morning and afternoon

  • A grapefruit or orange

At lunch

  • Two glasses of lemon juice in lukewarm water
  • Grilled fish with lemon
  • Salad with eggplant
  • Two slices of pineapple

At dinner

  • Two glasses of lemon juice in water
  • Zucchini stuffed with cheese and brown rice
  • Carrot purée
  • One pear

Friday

  • A grapefruit or orange

At lunch

  • Two glasses of lemon juice in lukewarm water
  • Beef
  • Salad
  • Cucumber and tomato
  • One apple

At dinner

  • Two glasses of lemon juice in lukewarm water
  • Baked, skinless chicken
  • Grilled spinach
  • Two slices of melon

You can drink as much lemon juice as you want but dilute it in lukewarm water. It is recommended to drink six to eight glasses of this per day. To get the best results from the diet, you should follow the plan above.
