The combination of honey and cinnamon has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine. It is also used in Ayurveda healing – a system of Indian medicine that was established 5000 years ago. Cinnamon is one of the oldest spices known to mankind and honey’s popularity has continued throughout history. How to make cinnamon mouthwash

Mix a tablespoon each of cinnamon and honey in a glass with hot water. Mix very well and then it is ready to use as a mouth wash. This will help to control any problems you have with bad breath but will work with your body in a natural way. Soon you will feel more confident.

Weight loss


Cinnamon and honey can help with your weight loss diet. Every morning, 30 minutes before breakfast, drink a mixture of a glass of water, a tablespoon of honey, and a tablespoon of cinnamon. At night, before you go to bed, drink the same mixture. You will soon notice that you are losing a significant amount of weight. If you keep up the habit, the formulation will help to prevent fat from accumulating in your body. The antioxidant properties of this mixture help to fight cholesterol. Mix 2 tablespoons of honey with 3 of cinnamon in a glass. Add water and stir. For the best effect, drink it at least three times a day, before each meal.

The common cold


Honey can help to combat the viruses that cause the common cold. Add honey to warm water and lemon juice. You can even add a splash of brandy.
