Cholesterol-Reducing Juices
Goodbye cheeky cholesterol – goodbye for good!! Blast away the atherosclerosis with these beautiful and delicious juices. You can make them at home with few little equipment, and they’ll have you feeling better than ever in no time.
Whether you have problems with your heart, elevated bad cholesterol levels or just want to make sure things don’t go pear-shaped later on, we have some perfect recipes for you. Let’s get started!
The sort of thing you want to be putting into your body to reduce high cholesterol levels include all types of green veggies, and almost all other types of fruit and vegetables, which contain a type of soluble fibre that helps to absorb dietary cholesterol.
Food rich in niacin (that’s vitamin B3, in case you were wondering) like avocados, kale, mushrooms, peas, broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes and green peppers are perfect for decreasing the amount of cholesterol our body makes, too, so pop them into recipes you like in large or small quantities.
Vitamin E fights LDL and prevents oxidation of cholesterol so it doesn’t clog your arteries. Choose spinach, squash, chard, spirulina and lots of fruits like blueberries, blackberries, kiwis, mangos, peaches and papaya to make sure you get enough in.
Vitamin C, found in Swiss chard, butternut squash, kale, bok choi and strawberries, passion fruit, and citrus fruit tops off the cocktail so that cholesterol simply has no chance.
