Rose, aloe vera and witch hazel remedy
These are excellent natural elements for restoring damaged skin on the hands. Both roses and aloe very have healing, nutritive and curing powers that have been used for centuries. Making the remedy: You start by making an infusion with roses and witch hazel. Take 10 rose petals and a branch of witch hazel and boil them in two cups of water. Then prepare the aloe vera pulp by mashing it in a bowl. Dilute the aloe in the infusion by putting two tablespoons of aloe vera pulp into the infusion and stirring well. Once the mixture is stirred well you can submerge your hands in it and leave them there for 15 minutes. You should repeat this procedure three times every week and you will notice excellent results after one month.
Avocado and plain yogurt remedy
Avocado is one of the best natural moisturisers around. It is widely used in beauty treatments, and is commonly used to restore damaged hair and used as a base for face masks. It is certainly useful for softening the skin on your hands! When mixed with plain yogurt, the effect is even more intense.
To make the remedy, start by getting a medium-sized avocado and remove the seed and extract the pulp. Immediately crush into a pulp using a fork or knife to make a uniform puree. Then add the juice from half a lemon, along with plain yogurt. It can be easier to simply place all the ingredients in the blender and blend to a smooth paste. Once you have a creamy texture, apply to your hands and leave it there for fifteen minutes.
