Strawberry, orange, and parsley juice

Apple, cucumber, and ginger juice
The ingredients are rich in pectin, which allows the body to rid itself of the accumulation of toxins in the digestive tract. Blend a slice of ginger (approximately 2.5 cm) with a peeled cucumber and the juice from an apple. Drink everyday on an empty stomach.
Watermelon and spinach juice
Watermelon is over 90% water so this is a great diuretic. It also contains vitamins A and C and potassium, which regulates blood pressure. Spinach burns fat and aids the transports of oxygen. Peel, cut and de-seed the watermelon and wash the spinach. Blend well and drink without straining in the morning.
Orange, carrot, and parsley drink
Oranges deliver folic acid, vitamin C, and potassium, whilst carrots are rich in vitamins B, C, D, E, and K, as well as folic acid. This aids your overall metabolism and helps satisfy cravings for sugar. Parsley contains vitamin C and K, which helps the absorption of calcium and prevents hardening of the arteries. Make a smoothie from the ingredients and drink every day.
Broccoli and pear juice
Broccoli is one of the super foods – a great source of vitamins A, C, K, folic acid, and calcium. Calcium has been shown to play an important role in weight loss.
