Mayonnaise is a delicious dressing that is used all over the globe in many dishes. However, it is high in fat, which means that it is not great for our health.

Eggless mayonnaise

The benefit of this recipe is that you can heat it up and it won’t harm your stomach. As it doesnt contain any eggs, you can add it to broths or boil it. You will need the following ingredients:

  • a cup of milk
  • olive oil
  • salt

Pour the milk and salt into a blender and start to mix them together. Add the olive oil in little by little until a thick paste forms. Pour the mixture into a glass container and place it in the refrigerator. It can be saved for several days as it will not go bad. You can use this recipe in all dishes and even add flavour to it. You could add sliced onion, garlic or mustard.

Vegan mayonnaise
